Manufacture
At our manufacturing facility in Monino (Moscow Region) we have an automated welding cylinders production line for steel welded cylinders, four CNC machining centres to manufacture main valves and other system components, we operate automatic production line for linear heat detectors under license of The Protectowire Сo Inc.. Our production facility in Moscow has has a complete set of equipment to assemble and test the whole line of gas fire suppression modules, as well as cabinet protection R-line and F-line compact suppression systems, two high (99,9%) purity nitrogen plants and three high-capacity filling stations, a non-reducable stock of FK-5-1-12 (Novec1230) agent of minimum 40 tons.
The Group of Companies's production facilities include:
- Automated production of gas fire suppression modules, and system accessories for installation of AGFSS systems.
- Production line for manufacturing of linear heat detectors (thermocables) - in accordance with the license of The Protectowire Company, Inc.
- Certified filling stations for refilling of most types of fire-extinguishing liquefied agents with propellant gas, Novec1230, HFCs, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gases, as well as refilling and recommissioning of GFS modules.
- Test laboratory for certification, industry and approval tests of AGFSS in accordance with special customer requirements.
- Approved warranty and after warranty (operational) maintenance program of AGFSS.
- Staff of engineering and technical personnel trained in design, installation and maintenance of AGFSS.
- Training programs for design, installation and service companies.
- Quality Management and Control System is certified in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 by DNV GL..
